VIP Membership Standard Terms & Conditions

By joining our VIP Membership programme, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions:

1. One email instant cancellation policy.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via the contact form on this website, which sends an instant email to us.

We shall consider that your membership is cancelled when we receive your email. As soon as you give notice of your cancellation, you will lose your access to the member area.

We shall not take any further payment from you after your membership is cancelled, but you understand that you shall not be entitled to any refund or partial refund for payments already made.

2. Video responses. 

You accept that video responses to your questions or video critiques of your webpages can be used by us as content. We aim to turn around all video responses within 7 days but at times of peak demand this may be impossible.

3. Fair usage.

We want all our members to get exceptional value from our membership offering. In order that we can give the proper attention to the needs of the member community as a whole, the resources and services offered are subject to fair usage.

In particular, we would not expect any one member to submit more than 25 video responses in any 12 month period, and reserve the right to place that limit on the member if they do.

4. Web hosting. 

The offer of web hosting is made in accordance with our specific terms and condition for web hosting, which by joining the membership programme you are deemed to have accepted.

5. Copyright.

We reserve all rights on content in the member area, conduct regular checks of the web to identify when the copyright on our material may have been infringed, and pursue copyright infringement very seriously.

6. Rejection of a membership application.

We reserve the right, in exceptionally rare cases, but in our absolute discretion to reject any membership application.

7. Updates to terms of membership.

We reserve the right to update our terms of membership from time to time without notice.

8. Trial period.

Currently we offer a one month trial period of the service at a heavily discounted rate. Customers shall only be entitled to one trial period; you may not cancel your membership and take advantage of the trial period for a second time. If you are a lapsed member who wishes to renew, we’ll be pleased to welcome you back via this page.
